Window: TikTok plays last 7 days vs previous 7 days (WoW Δ). Reviews / Reddit / News — last 7 days. ⚠ 7-day window is tuned for mobile UA cadence. For premium PC, strategy and slow-burn indie it can be noisy — treat weekly spikes here as leads, not conclusions. Multi-window (7d/30d per genre) is on the v11 list.
Trend type (editorial interpretation): event-led — spike tied to a launch, award, announcement. release — new title / season launch driving volume. structural — ongoing aesthetic / behavioural shift, durable. community — fandom pattern (ongoing). meme — memetic content format, short-lived.
Evidence sources (0–4): TikTok ≥5 videos, Reviews ≥5, Reddit ≥3 posts, News ≥2 articles. Confidence = HIGH (3+), MED (2), LOW (1). ⚠ This is a flat count — 5 TikTok videos count the same as 5 reviews, which isn't equal signal weight. A weighted score is v11 work. Read confidence as "how many lenses agree", not "how loud".
Sorting: default is Confidence → Reach (operational triage — pick high-signal games first). Swap to Momentum to find fast-growing under-the-radar games, or Pure reach to see raw volume. Neither is "right" — use the lens that matches your job today.
Hooks & actions — editorial layer, updated weekly. Everything else is live from Supabase.
Known gaps: Reddit tagging batch in progress (ingest 23 Apr) — posts_7d understated until then. TikTok Stage 3 covers ~30 of 46 games; the rest will appear after next scrape. A low Reddit count right now doesn't mean the community isn't there.
